Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Delivery transparency is important. Here is how shipping, delivery, and cancellations are handled at THE ASHER STORE.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours on business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Tracking information is shared once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address may not be changeable.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery timelines provided by us are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact our support team with your order number.

Customers are expected to be available to receive their orders or coordinate with the courier when required.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, refusal to accept the package, or similar customer-related reasons may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Re-delivery is subject to product availability and confirmation from our support team.

Cancellation requests can be submitted before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you cancel your order after 1 hour but before dispatch, a 10% cancellation fee may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
Orders that have already entered processing, customization, printing, or dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment-provider processing time.

Customized/personalized jerseys may not be eligible for cancellation once customization or production has started.
Customized products are also subject to the applicable exchange policy.
